    My name is Xenophilius1214, and I'm new here. I really need to know what program to use to play all the games found on the threads (Such as Pokemon Melanite, Shooting Star, or Nightmare Version.) I understand that the answer might be obvious, but throw me a bonemerang here!
     
    Since all the games you listed were made from RPG Maker, you shouldn't need any program. Just download the files and click on the game. To make sure I even downloaded Pokemon Shooting Star Version and it worked fine.
