I Caught A Shiny Wurmple in the Petalburg Woods in Pokemon Sapphire. Only 30 minutes into game.

I Caught A Shiny Rayquaza After My Dumb Friend erased my old Save, With The Shiny Beautifly On It. caught it on pokemon Emerald. Saved Right in front of Rayquaza Before battle. KO'D The First Time, I Pressed B+A+STRT+SEL To restart. battled it again. Then *DING DING DING* SHINY RAYQUAZA ZOMG.

1. The red Gyarados (Silver)
2. A Ponyta I found on Mt. Silver (Silver)
3. A Spinda I found training in the ash field outside Fallarbor (Sapphire)

Tentacruel in RS

When i play FRLG and battle in the battle tower I have seen these pokemon shiny:

Seaking
Meowth
Espeon

Red Gyarados - Again, an old Gold/Silver game. Pretty much everyone snags the Red Gyarados when they get the chance, don't they?

Umbreon - Battle Tower/Trainer Tower/whatever it's called, Fire Red
Mightyena - Emerald. Murdered it when I ran out of useable capture devices.

My Shinies Caught

i caught a shiny giratina, heatran, regigigas, rotom and an arceus.

all caught in diamond.

the arceus is also shiny.

i'm not going to include the shiny gyrados I caught in gold.

but besides that, in diamond, I caught a shiny glameow, and in ruby, I caught a shiny tailow. (now a swellow)
