Put on Raikou cause it has great Sp Atk and Speed and it can also learn crunch or if you are talking about LeafGreen, you could use Deoxys with Night Shade

Typhlosion Attck stats is sucky. Otherwise, Reversal, Endure, Substitute and FPunch xD

Feraligatr if you want a Physical sweeper (can Feraligatr learn Curse?).
