Tell me what you think I should change about this team. Be honest. I can't exactly remember where I put my EV's at...so I'll list the stats. I spent tons of time breeding and training these pokemon...so help me out and tell me what doesn't fit in this team and what would be a good replacement.

    Dragonite @Focus Sash
    Brave
    HP: 317
    Attack: 239
    Sp. Atk: 243
    Sp. Def: 253
    Speed 171
    Earthquake
    Outrage
    Dragon Dance
    Stone Edge

    Skarmory @Leftovers
    Impish
    HP: 334
    Attack: 220
    Sp. Atk: 104
    Sp. Def: 176
    Speed 177
    Stealth Rock
    Drill Peck
    Whirlwind
    Roost

    Crobat @Life Orb
    Jolly
    HP: 323
    Attack: 271
    Defense: 196
    Sp. Atk: 158
    Sp. Def: 196
    Speed: 391
    Cross Poison
    Confuse Ray
    Aerial Ace
    U-turn

    Blissey @Leftovers
    Bold
    HP: 688
    Attack: 50
    Defense: 130
    Sp. Atk: 212
    Sp. Def: 306
    Speed: 147
    Ice Beam
    Thunder Wave
    Softboiled
    Seismic Toss

    Metagross @Choice Band
    Adamant
    HP: 364
    Attack: 400
    Defense: 300
    Sp. Atk: 203
    Sp. Def: 216
    Speed: 178
    Pursuit
    Meteor Mash
    Explosion
    Earthquake

    Salamence @Choice Specs
    Modest
    HP: 332
    Attack: 275
    Defense: 196
    Sp. Atk: 350
    Sp. Def: 196
    Speed: 299
    Flamethrower
    Dragon Pulse
    Hydro Pump
    Draco Meteor

Please tell us what the proposed EV spread were, I for one cannot tell just from stats. I'll comment on the movesets ect though:

    Dragonite @Lefties/Life Orb
    Adamant
    Earthquake
    Outrage
    Dragon Dance
    Fire Punch
Reducing the speed when you can reduce a useless stat (SpAtt) is stupid, unles on trickstorm sets ect. But on a lead it's terrible, especially a dragon dancer. No sash, the sheer quantity of weather teams out there screw it over. Stone edge isnt doing much for this set, fire punch is a better choice, it also allows you to actually dent fire types that avoid ground moves (Skarmory, Zong ect). I do NOT recommend leading with this

    Skarmory @Leftovers
    Impish
    Stealth Rock
    Brave Bird
    Whirlwind
    Roost
Brave Bird is a better choice, it hits harder and you can easily roost off recoil damage. Set's fine otherwise

    Crobat @Life Orb
    Adamant
    Cross Poison
    Confuse Ray
    Aerial Ace
    U-turn
Im presuming you'll be running max speed on this, and if you're not you should. But jolly is overkill, adamant for an attacking set pleash.

    Blissey @Leftovers
    Bold/Calm
    Ice Beam
    Thunder Wave
    Softboiled
    Seismic Toss
Looks ok, nature depends on if you're running the new or old standard set.

    Metagross @Choice Band
    Adamant
    Pursuit
    Meteor Mash
    Explosion
    Earthquake
Fine, but again, watch for levitating steels.

    Salamence @Choice Specs
    Modest
    Fire Blast
    Dragon Pulse
    Hydro Pump
    Draco Meteor
I rate fire blast highly on this thing, mainly because this team gets stalled easily by Zong and skarmory, so you'll wanna get rid of them asap

Meh, most of the sets look ok. It's too physically orientated for my liking, switch one for a special attacker. You're also very ice weak, with only one resist you could be in trouble if gross goes down.

    Bad Crobat set is bad.

    Ive aready posted this elsewhere

    Crobat@leftovers
    160 HP / 132 Att / 216 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Hypnosis
    - Taunt / Whirlwind
    - Aerial Ace
    - Roost

Awesome bulky lead bat, 85/80/80 defenses are pretty good, makes a nice counter to breloom and can screw up most common leads, ive also found it makes a nice PHazer for some reason =o.Note Brave Bird is illegal with Hypnosis, so yeah.

I don't really see much use in Crobat in general, to be honest. He can be a good annoyer, but almost any rock/steel physical wall will lawl at him. Just be careful of who you're annoying. xD

And you're supposed to keep him on those... why?

Meh. Status Isn't relevant, and it would be better if you had jotted the EVs down, then you could remember them.

To be honest, Crobat doesn't really fit into this team, replace him with some else.

Run AP in there somewhere on Blissey. SR could hurt 4 pokemon on your team, really, since 25% on Skarmory is still something to be wary about. Rapid Spinner is needed. That could be your replacement for Crobat.

Yeah, I was actually thinking of throwing a rapid spinner in there to replace Crobat. It's just that Crobat's been the difference, for better or worse in several of my battles. I'll probably train up a rapid spinner anyways, though, since most of the help crobat tributes comes from pure luck.

Meh. I wouldn't rely on that always. You aren't always going to get hax. ;)
