Issue: What specs or requirements does the avator have to meet be to be accepted

    I tried to download a 120 by 120 bmp avatar and the avatar area wouldn't accept it. You should state the specs on the avatar area or other requirements. Do you need to get a badge first?
     
    I uploaded a png file first and it just says 0 by 0 pixels and didn't accept it.
