So, I'm four towns into my game, and the tileset I'm using in RMXP has been working well up to this point. However, especially with a significant cave section of the game coming up, I need to be using a new tileset. Unfortunately, nearly all of the public tilesets I can find are in 16x16, whereas RMXP only takes 32x32. I'm using GIMP 2.0 at the moment for editing all of my tiles, but scaling 16x16 tiles up to 32x32 causes noticeable blurring, particularly around the edges of the tiles so that they don't fit completely within the grid.
How do you guys get the publically available tiles to fit in RMXP?
