What trainer is this?

I recently bought a pokemon card lot off eBay. It came with a Japanese trainer card that I cannot identify. The card is a black star rare, The pic is of a Man wearing a suit and black top hat, standing next to him is a Farfetch'd. Do you know what it is? If you do know, please post the value also. Thank you!

Pokemon Trader is the English name for the card. I do not know the value, personally, just that it is a rare from the early sets.

I'd also guess that it's Pokemon trader. It's from the very first set so it might be worth quite alot, but you never know with pokemon cards.

Eh, I don't think it's worth all too much right now... it's mostly those who play competitively who drive the card prices now, so older rares aren't worth as much as they were 3 years ago, when collectors still drove the market for the cards.
