I like Rap, Rock and Hip-hop music.

I like rock and other types of music, most from the 70's and 80's. Not so fond of modern music.

I don't like country, nor do I like rap or heavy metal in general. :33 I prefer rock, different types of it, really, and emo -- because emo is fun. [I'm referring to the style of lyrics xD]... umm... stuff like the old Green Day, blink-182, Kisschasy, Fall Out Boy, matchbox twenty, and my beloved Panic! at the Disco, The Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, the All-American Rejects, My Chemical Romance, Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Dashboard Confessional, etc. ... and I like some pop~ish stuff, like t.A.T.u. and Delta Goodrem and Sixpence None the Richer and Kylie Minogue and Avril Lavigne:33 and also some other types of rock like The Darkness, the Smashing Pumpkins, the Flaming Lips, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Pink Floyd, Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Nickelback, Oasis, the Offspring, the Killers, the Arcade Fire, umm... anything goes, really. XD;;; Except for loud and noisy stuff that hurts the ears ;~; && Japanese stuff is nice too, like Ayumi Hamasaki, Nami Tamaki, T.M.Revolution, hyde, L'Arc~en~Ciel...

Rock and Classical are my preffered genre. Although, I can like anything from Joe Strummer to Vanessa Carlton. But I also like J-Pop.

I'm into the classics.

My favorite genre of music is classical, to be honest. Here's my personal top 10 classical songs list (they're all worth a listen!!!)

  • 1.) Melodie in F Major, No. 1, Op. 3, by Antonin Rubenstien.
  • 2.) ANY polka or waltz by Johann Strauss II.
  • 3.) Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2, by Franz Liszt.
  • 4.) The Sorcerer's Apprentice (L'Apprenti Sorcier), by Paul Dukas.
  • 5.) Dance of the Hours (from La Gioconda), by Amilcare Ponchielli.
  • 6.) España, by Emmanuel Chabrier.
  • 7.) Rhapsody in Blue, by George Gershwin.
  • 8.) The Nutcracker Suite, Op. 71, by Pyotr (Peter) Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
  • 9.) The Marriage of Figaro: Overture, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
  • 10.) The Skater's Waltz (Les Patineurs Valse) Op. 183, by Charles-Émile Waldteufel

I also LOVE jazz and vocal music from the late 30's to the early 60's. These are songs from artists like Dean Martin (my personal favorite), Frank Sinatra, and others. I'm also fond of Raymond Scott and Johnny Cash as well.

Belive me, I know it's bizzare for someone my age to be listening to this kind of music, but it's what I like. :)
