What would you do if you saw a cel-shaded person in real life?

i would like be "how are you cell shaded? I WANNA BE CELL SHADED! I mean seriously, that would be so unique and rare. (i can NOT stand bias or uniformanism of any kind so i like everyone to stand out) and yea...cell shaded would be reallly reallly kool kick but awesome
 
I would take a picture of them.
