I know you mean a more traditional image of a ninja, but technically we already have Scyther, Scizor, Nincada, Ninjask, and Shedinja. They certainly are ninja-esque, and the latter three are even named after ninja in both their English and Japanese names.

I have said in many forums, but I would like to see a goat Pokémon, maybe a dinosaur-like one as well, or a skeleton one, too.

A Flea, Tick, and Leech Pokemon. They could be a Bug/Dark trio. (The Flea is very fast and strong, but fragile, the Tick is slow and bulky, and the Leech is a mix with a few Water attacks to learn)
