What would you wish for?

    You've found a Magic Lamp, and the Genie has offered you one wish(three wishes only happens in fairy tales, silly.) What would you wish for? Keep in mind, you cannot wish for more wishes, you'll never be able to find the lamp again, and it's very likely that other people will find the lamp in the future, and get wishes of their own.
     
    A lifestyle where we didn't have to spend our health making money, then spend our money on our health.

    I would wish for money. I don't think I really need to explain why, but I will anyway. I grew up in a family that doesn't have much money (like most of the world), and the lack thereof made it really difficult for my family while I was growing up. Now it prevents me from achieving what I would like in life (I had to put off going back to college this semester because we didn't have the funds and I was unable to secure a job, despite getting interviewed and looking for one). Having money would allow me to accomplish what I would like to accomplish in life and help me out tremendously.
     
    I would also wish for endless money. To me, money is important. It is significant of not having to worry about money. It is also significant of not having to join the horrid rat race full of people who are all after the same thing. I don't really care for success, just money and the ability to not have to kill myself getting it.
     
    I'd wish for money (around $1,000,000). I might be terrible at spending money during my later years, so this might be a good way to practice doing that.
     
    I would wish that my mom be able to speak with her deceased sister and father, one more time, on the condition that it doesn't mentally scar her or anything. I think, if she had that chance, she might get a bit more closure than she got, and she might be happier.

    Although, in the case that she not let me make that wish, which I think has a 50/50 chance of happening, I would then probably wish for oodles of money as well. I would pay off my parents debt, buy them a house in Fort Bragg, CA, and send my brother and I to school. And you know, lots of other fun stuff. xD
     
    ...Can I wish for more genies instead of more wishes?

    I would probably end up wishing for money partially because I have a very expensive taste in things so it would be nice to afford them and partially so I don't have to worry about certain expenses, like transportation to school and living expenses (when I decide to move out of the house).
     
    Despite often greedy, I know I don't need anything in my life at the moment. So I would wish:

    "I wish you would offer a wish to _____"

    Plain and simple.
     
    I would wish for "a better world in which..." and outline all the steps the genie needs to take to fulfill my wish. Yes, I cheated.

    Playing fairly I'd wish for all diseases to be suddenly, magically eradicated from the world.
     
    Money (about £100,000,000,000,000,000.00 should do nicely).

    If I had to wish for something other than money, then I'd just wish that everybody in this world lives happily ever after.
     
    Yeah so this answer is always way too obvious for me because it'd be either wealth for reasons, or something world or country related, or future etc, so just for the sake of the question I'm gonna only consider selfish wishes, instead of selfless ones. And in that case it'd be breathing underwater!
     
    I'd either wish for the ability to time travel or teleport. I'm kind of leaning on teleporting though, that sounds so fun. Imagine all the travel money I'd save... And not to mention never having to drive or go on planes! Oh I could conquer the world doing that.
     
    If you had asked me in 2004/2005, I would've asked for selfless wishes. I remember going into a 3 wishes thread. The only wish I remember of the three was peace, "because who doesn't want peace?" Some troll came in and said "terrorists."
    So since then, I say, screw you people. Clearly you would not be happy with whatever awesome crap I'd give you. These wishes are all mine. >:(

    ...on-topic, I'm torn. Money is obvious. Maybe to never have any serious illnesses, so I'd never have to worry about going to the hospital for anything. Or maybe I'd ask for psychic powers. Those would be awesome.
    Most likely I'd wish for lots of money though. Money gets me lots of awesome things.
     
    Honestly, right now, I just wish to reset my life over....to go back to a certain day to say something different...that day could have made me not regret what caused me my strange behavior today.
     
    Surprised how many people said money, actually.

    In my case, I'd just wish to destroy the genie, so no one else can f up the world with their wishes. That was the obvious "best answer" that I set the question up for though. lol
