And yeah, this thread is really sorta comparing apples and oranges. It's not exactly fair to compare these games as they are of very different genres and generally appeal to different kinds of gamers.

Oh yeah, well, there's Dinosaur Planet, but I wouldn't use that to define the series. It tries to be Zelda, but it doesn't do a very good job.
 
I didn't like the first starfox on the GC and I havn't played the rest, where as all Zelda's rule!

Like comaparing Star Wars to The Lord of the Rings, I think.

Anyway... It's me. Do I really have to state an obvious fact?

The Legend of Zelda of course. I wouldn't obsess over it if it wasn't the best.

The series always manages to add something new and do it successfully without having the game not feel like Zelda. The series always retains its Zelda-ness.
 
ZELDA is SO much better than star fox!!
 
Considering I've never even been slightly interested enough to pursue the Starfox series, let alone collect all the games in the series... I'll have to say Zelda, since at least I have two of those games. :D
 
The Legend of Zelda pwnz Star Fox. XD Not only is it my favorite game on any console, but it has an awesome storyline and great characters. :33 Plus, anyone who's played Star Fox Adventures: Dinorsaur Planet would know that it's almost like a remake of The Legend of Zelda in some aspects. XD It's still a good game nonetheless, but my vote goes for TLoZ (that name's too long to type three times...XD).
