whats better the new ruby sapphire or classic red and blue

i'd say the new ruby and sapphire because the graphics and cards are better. also i like the third generation of pokemon.

ruby and sapphire are more fun to play now because of all the new features and improved gameplay- but red and blue will always have a place in my heart because they started it all. <3!!

Ruby and Sapphire of course, even though the storyline is a little ****ed. Red and Green(and Blue, of course) was definately the best, and with Fire Red and Leaf Green will surpass even that of Ru/Sa ^_^...

RBY was horribly imbalance, RS is a lot better in terms of not much overpowering and EVs in an attempt to reduce standards.
Oh, and *moved* to Gameboy games. ^_^;

there's more strategy involved in ruby and sapphire with the breeding, evs and whatnot, and blue and red were really slow. so i guess i like ruby/sapphire better. although i prefer gold and silver above all others. it seems that those games were even more in depth than ruby/sapphire. there were more pokemon, and the clock was really cool.

i really didnt care too much about picking berries i just wanted some hardcore pokemon ^^;;; granted rayquaza ,or whatever it is, is pretty elite and so are most of the legendaries cept for the weird one on sapphire D:

it did bring in a few good things, but mainly it sucked =(

Aww... no FRLG selection? Bleh. FRLG are almost-perfect remakes.

I personally think Fire Red is the perfect combination of Higher Ruby and Sapphire Influence using the original-if-not-added storyline of Red and Blue. What more could you ask for (well...contests would have added that flare but then again it is a remake...)
