Well, not too many people who're stopping by here are actually looking to play online lately. There are more active TCG-related forums, but they won't take too kindly to open solicitations for Skype or MSN matches, generally, and most online leagues I've seen on those sites tend to flame out and die after a week or two. If you wanna play people at those more active sites, you'd have to use playtcg.me or Redshark to play against those users, as people on those other sites aren't too keen to use a method where they can't see their opponent's side of the field, due to the more competitive nature of the users that visit there.
And the TCG section here on PokeCommunity has never really been all that busy.
