What's the best way to learn how to play TCG?

They just recently came out with a XY Trainer Kit that comes with two premade half decks that walk you through a mock battle step by step. Very helpful for beginners. Only $8.99 at Wal-Mart.

Its actually really easy if you can find a friend with a deck (or loan him your extras) to practice. Then figure out strategies and learn from there.
