What's the meanest thing you've ever done?

Well, I got upset at a bus driver once, and shouted that I wanted to call the police.
 
I don't ever remember doing anything mean. I always get bullied in school, but I don't do anything about it. WHY DOES BAD STUFF ALWAYS HAPPEN TO NICE PEOPLE!?
 
i can think of two relatively "evil" thing's i have done.

1. dumping my girlfriend on her birthday.
2. start a huge prank in my school where you walk up to a short kid, ask him if he think's he can fit in a a gym locker and then when he get's all the way in you lock him in there XD
