What's The Weirdest Pokemon Evolution?

That, or Nosepass to Probopass is just plain dumb/weird if you ask me.

lolz i guess probopass is the wirdest evolution!

At least they look similar, unlike some evolutions.

One that I never understood was Feebas to Milotic; other than that I can see at least some logic behind most of the evolutions.

Feebas and Milotic are like the 3rd generations Magikarp and Gyarados, both Magikarp and Feebas look terrible and are pitiful in battle, whereas their evolutions are great in battle, and look cool, too.
IMO, wierd/pointless evolution is Wynaut->Wobbufett. Sure, some people may like Wobbuffet, but there really was no reason whatsoever for a pre-volution.
Another one is the Ttar evolution again. They're all brilliant, but Larvitar looks more like Tyranitar, and Pupitar looks like neither, so...

I see the connection you're making there, but at least Magikarp's evolution has some logic behind it. It's based on the legend of the Dragon's Gate. Basically, it tells of a Carp who swims upstream and up a waterfall, then jumps over the Dragon's Gate, turning into a dragon.

Feebas however, as far as I know, has no basis on legend, so it makes no sense to me. =/

I agree with the whole Remoraid into Octillery thing. Makes no sense whatsoever.

I've never understood how Feebas turns into Milotic or how Magikarp turns into Gyarados either. But Angenesis made a good point, explaining the Dragon's Gate legend.

It's like the fish version of the Ugly Duckling. Something unfortunate as Feebas would eventually evolve into something as beautiful as Milotic.

I thought Scyther to Scizor was a bit dumb. Scyther just changed colour and became rounder. And turned to steel. o.O I really don't think Scyther needed an evolution.
.. Amen!

Magmar, Electrobuzz, Nosepass, and Tangela's evolutions made no sense to me. Their evolution form is just additional pieces added to make it more horrible-looking.

Very True
How about Lickilicky I find this pokemon evolution completely useless again it's IMO

nosepass is pretty much the weirdest looking, but there's a lot of evolutions I dislike.

Gastly to Haunter to Gengar for one. D:

And then Geodude to Graveler to Golem?

It's been said a few times, but I actually think remoraid->octillery is a pretty neat idea. Remoraid is mainly based off of a gun, but it is also supposed to resemble a remora, a type of fish that has a suction cup on the top of its head to hitch rides on animals and, sometimes, boats. That also explains why remoraid was the fish pokemon chosen to be under mantine's wings. Since a remora has a suction cup on its head, evolving into an octopus doesn't seem like that far of a stretch. Also, octillery keeps with the gun theme by looking somewhat like a turret.
For now, the only weird evolution I can think of is flaaffy to ampharos. To tell the truth, though, I actually prefer drastic evolutions, because it seems less like the pokemons just getting bigger, and more like its actually evolving.

Voltorb to Electrode. WTH is up with that? A ball turns into another ball. Makes no sense.

Dragonair to Dragonite. =D
A serpent into a dragon xD (I know, they're both reptiles, but it's weird...) ._.

No one has anything to say about Magnezone?

Lol, now THAT was pointless, they waited until the 4th generation to give Magnemite another evolution, that it really didn't need at all.
