What's up with these raid battle timers?

The timer for the yellow egg in Nearby says 13:31~ but out in the world map it says 0:46 :28.

The timer for the pink egg in Nearby says 14:00~ but out in the world map it says 1:15 :42.

Those times aren't even close to having any resemblance. What's going on here? :psy copy:

The egg timers give you the real-world time they will hatch - ergo, 1:31 pm and 2:00 pm.

Oh sheesh of course. I don't know why I didn't think of applying 24-hour clock to that. I think because the 0:46:28 I saw overhead made me think of it in a much different way.
