What's your best pokemon IV Score?

I've got a 15/15/15 Raticate with HyperBeam! Worth powering up? It's only got 76 HP now, doesn't last long enough to use HyperBeam, usually.

I just think that most of you don't play the game as you use to be. Because of unnecessary updates I don't want to play no more but I am not keeping away calculating IVs. My level is 26 and some of my pokemons' IVs; Rydhon-98, Dratini-96, Caterpie-96, Pidgeot-95, Dragonite-93, Vaporeon-93, Seadra-93, Raticate 93, Graveler 93, Mr. Mime-93, Nidoking-91, and Beedrill-91. I have none 100% IVs yet. I am waiting for it soon. :)

I am obsessive about IVs so I would power up your Raticate for sure but not now. I mean I have 93% Raticate with 74 HP. I will power it up after more CPs pokemons are done! So I can power it up maybe next year. :D

Haha it just got even awesomer!

Finally got 400 candies so I Just evolved it and although it was on the minimum cp of 1766 It has the best moveset possible ( bite and hydro pump)!

Wow! Only bulbasaur left for a perfect starter IV
