Staraptor. Close Combat. Really, just separates it so much from all the other birds.
 
pidgey because he is the original! nuff said :D
 
I voted Noctowl because I like my one on Platinum, but I will always love Pidgeotto in particular as it was the first * Pokémon card I got in my first pack all those years ago.
 
I have always liked Tailow and Swellow best out of the birds. I like there colour and looks.
 
Pidgeot was always the coolest, even though its stats aren't the best,I love the long feathers in its head that makes it so cool when it flies

Even Pidgeotto was quite cool as a middle evolution

Pidgeot is the most beautiful, and the coolest Bird pokemon. Ever!
 
pidgeot all the way, even though, comparing ash's bird pkmn starters i would say that staraptor is the strongest by a bit followed by noctowl and tailow. wish pedgeot would have stuck around, he would have been the strongest by far.
 
Taillow. Because he is just so cute plus brutal when it comes to guts.
Swellow just looks royal for me, plus just epic. Nothing else.
