I like my eevees to be female so I can breed more eevees, but other than that I don't have a prefence.

how is it disgusting to see a male gardevoir/lopunny
or a female machamp/mr.mime?
sure female mr.mime sounds sorta weird
but none of it is disgusting..

male gardevoir= drag queen
lopunny looks like the playboy bunny. playboy only showcases women NOT MEN.
MR. Mime. Mr.= MALE how can it be female?
and finally, there is absolutely NOTHING about machamp that looks female.

Disgusting

is a harsh word,
and shoudnt be used that way.

I'm perfectly fine with both. Females are good for breeding. They each do just as well in battle.

My Pearl Version team is mostly female Pokemon, though, so I'll go with that.

For some reason I use mostly male pokemon with the exception of my altaria and my Bayleef, also I love Nidokings.

Male if it's a male based Pokémon. Like Squirtle, Lucario, Mr Mime etc.

There are some I don't really care about. Like my Pikachu. It's a female. But it dosen't really matter to me. I could always have imagined Pikachu to be a female.

I don't really notice what genders my team has 'till I take a nice long look at their summaries, or that box that appears next to them in battles, so it doesn't really matter to me.

See, I think that some Pokémon would look weird as males/females. I generally have females though. If I had a Rhydon, I would want it to be male, just because it doesn't look very feminine. I always have a Vulpix/Ninetales- and it is ALWAYS female, and I make Growlithes Male (whenever I get them) but generally female so that I can breed easier!

When I was younger and started my Crystal, I made sure that all pokemon in my team were female. I just wanted to have an all-girl team, especially when you could finally play with a girl character. Nowadays, it doesn't matter that much to me. It's still pretty common from me to make my team half male, half female, because I just want to have both genders. And I, too, am a little picky with the gender of some pokemon, like Gardevoir.

Male gender usually gets the better of the design differences between the two.

It depends on the Pokémon. Lets say... Machoke, fits better as a male and Goldeen as a female. That's my opinion.

I really don't care- except the rare exception when I get a female started cause they're rare- but I only ever seem to get female totodiles.
