Riou definitally.
1.because he is a fighting type
2.because he is the baby stage of my second favorite pokemon Lucario
3.I think he looks cool

well I hope that explains why I like him
 
My Faves (in order of what i like most)
1.BLAIKEN!by far (he pwns all pkmn exept for Ghost and water types -_-)
2.Pigeot (flying pokemon are also good)
3.Typhlosion (the first pokemon i ever evolved fully)
4.Deoxys (closest thing to a official glitch pokemon to me)
5.Lugia (do i need a reason?)

Rioru OWNS. Seriously. He's so awesome, and cute on top. Yet, I kind of prefer Lucario myself with Rioru second to him.

On topic, though... My faves...

Moltres, Arcanine, Lucario, Pidgeot, Spearow, Pidgeotto, Growlithe.

Latias, Jirachi, Ho-oh, Raikou, Gardevoir, Blaziken, Swampert, Typhlosion, Zapdos, Altaria, Diaruga, Kyogre, Ampharos, Alakazam, Houndoom, Charizard, Kingdra, Flygon, Swellow, Shedinja, Ninjask, Tyranitar, Lapras and so many more
 
I have alot of favorites they are
Blaziken, Latios, Mew, Lapras, Electabuzz, Swellow, Gardevoir, Charizard, Entei, and Clefable
 
I also have a bunch; mostly though:
Arcanine, Sneasle, Scizor, Blaziken, Gardevoir, Absol, Zangoose
