Wooper, Diglett, Butterfree, Flareon, Dratini, Oddish, Piplup, Mew, Absol, Typhlosion, Celebi, Unown, Togepi, Shroomish, Magby, Smoochum, Jumpluff, and Dragonair.

My favorite pokemon would have to be between
Manaphy,
Blaziken,
Snivy, or
Beautifly. All of which I like because of their looks
 
Golett and Golurk. Golett because I think it's absolutely adorable and Golurk because it's a giant robot that can Fly you anywhere. And it looks majorly cool.

...don't mind me. I just like robots, is all.
 
Look at my avatar and signature banner. I have kept this glitch theme going since I first registered back in '09 and I have never changed it to anything else since then. That's how obsessed I am with Missingno.

technically not a favorite, but I am undergoing a Reshiram addiction / obsession right now, my brain is running at 100% capacity all because Reshiram is running through my head...

I know it's kinda cheap favoriting a legendary Pokemon, but since I saw the movie when I was 7 or 8...I JUST LOVE DEOXYS.
 
By far my favorite is Manaphy. I got the event in SoulSilver and Manaphy was my first Pokemon. Ever since then Manaphy has always been my my most trusted Pokemon friend whose always been able to provide support in whatever I do.

But in the 5th gen, I'd have to say Scrafty is my favourite. That pokémon is just way too handy for all my needs.
 

Well, it's variable. But at the moment it's probably Rayquaza, Zorua, Vulpix, Dusknoir or Banette. Maybe Sceptile.

My favorite has always been Rapidash. I love, love, love unicorns.
 
Its gotta be a tie between my shiny Gigalith, and my shiny Brivary. the pwn in double battles
