dragonball used to be the biggest anime out there :T

Gurren Lagann, Ah! My Goddess, and Ronin Warriors are my faves.

Well, mine would happen to be Bleach. I just love the stories and the artwork.

Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Princess Tutu, Pokemon (all seasons), Elfen Lied, Ojamajo Doremi, Digimon (1st and 2nd seasons only) and probably a few others I can't remember at the moment.

It has always been a battle between Tenchi Muyo! & Love Hina with me for years and years with me, but I think Tenchi gets the nod in my books as my all time favorite by a hair with Noir in 3rd and probably Azumanga Daioh in 4th.

That one funny one about the girls that go to highschool. What's it called again...?
Oh yeah, Azumanga Daioh ;D

I'm suprised no one else said this one. I always thought it was relatively popular.
My favorite is and always will be Trigun.

Sorry, I went with a more conformist option and voted for Bleach.
I just couldn't help myself; I love that anime to pieces!

However, it's really only good until the end of the Soul Society arch. Then it get's a little "DBZish" with the idea of,
"Mwhahahaha! I am your next nemesis and somehow I am stronger than the last nemesis who said they were the strongest!"

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing was the best anime I have ever watched <_<

I've yet to see an Anime which has topped it.

I do not watch like any anime at this point. I watch things like Sportscenter and Lost and Human Giant.

If I had to choose one then I would have to go with Pokemon. :P

The ones they showed in the 90's though. The really new ones are crap.

My most favourite anime ever is Hunter x Hunter. Killua is my favourite character. But my second choicefor my favourite animewould have been Soul Eater.

Beck beck beckitty beck beck beck! :)

I'm sorry, but the series is amazing.

Yu Yu Hakusho. It has a deep and interesting storyline with a great blend of action, drama, science fiction, and comedy. With the exceptions of Hiei and Keiko, its cast of characters is perfect. In particular, Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama, Genkai, Younger Toguro, and Koenma are excellently written and well developed characters. Furthermore, the show's animation and OST are outstanding. Its ending also rocks, since it is original and unique.

For me, it is a tie between Yu Yu Hakusho and Fullmetal Alchemist.

Yu Yu Hakusho has a great storyline, an excellent cast of characters with the exceptions of Hiei and Keiko, good comedy, entertaining battles that keep one on the edge of his or her seat, outstanding animation, and a superb OST. I also find its ending unique and original.

Fullmetal Alchemist is a series with a deep plot that has a nice mix of action, drama, comedy, and philosophy. All of its characters serve purposes in the show and practically all of them are likable, including the villains. Furthermore, both its animation and OST are very well done.
