I'm an atheist, but was raised in a strict christian background.

The majority of people here only say theyre a 'Christian' and so-on, because their family has told them that over and over. Very few people chose to be of a religion on their own choice.

I was raised into a Roman Catholic family as well. My parents do follow the religion & so do I. I used to attend a Catholic school, but now I`m in a Public one, which is terrible. >_>; (I don`t find it terrible because of the religions though, just the people & the rules...)

Everyone in my family is Christian, but I'm Athiest. I just turned it a while ago after thinking 'How could there be a god?'

I just don't possibly see how there could be a God watching over us. It's not really Scientifically possible, is it? Oh well, I won't start a big speech here.

I never did understand religions, and if a god existed, we wouldn't be free to do what we wanted, unless it was just a god that "observed" us and did nothing else, and in that case it wouldn't matter if there is one or not. And I'm against praying, because we don't have to do anything to have God's help or it'd be arrogant. If there is a powerful being, it's not perfect because of what I said, so I believe there can be (but not necessarily is) a being, but 'god' is not the appropiate term. In short, I could be considered an atheist, but it's not exactly that. Still, no religion.
I'm a little late, but I found a word that describes me. I am agnostic.

Nothing concrete at the moment. I lean toward atheism, but I can't shake my tendancy to believe that maybe there's something out there that can't be explaned with laws and theories and scientific equations (Science is power! :3). I really don't agree with most religions, though. :|

I guess you could call me Agnostic. I'm not sure if I believe in a traditional system of God or not, I believe that something created the universe, and that we're not a cosmic accident. Is that force even remotely human or even conscius? I'm not really sure what to believe ATM.

I was raised up in England,
so yes i suppose my self Christian,
Infact we should follow religions to our hearts content

I am an evolutionist Christian.

What that means is that I believe in the Big Bang and The theory of evolution, but I believe that God made it so

I did religious studies during high school, and I came to a conclusion that God is a mere concept. And thus, a concept I will not follow.
Yet I believe in UFO's and UMA's, the irony.

The only "God" I believe in is Azathoth.

I was born Roman Catholic.... but I'm not closed to solely those ideals...

I've read a lot about other religions just to learn more about their ideas and such.... each one can create beautifully hearted people.... its all about a person's innerself, nurture and nature, that create a good person, not just simply the religion.

wow... I can ramble on for a long time about this.. .but I don't feel like doing so at the moment.

Frankly I don't really think I have a "religion" There may be something ....but I don't know about all that.

I don't really follow any specific organized religion, neither do my family although they are from Christian backgrounds. I pretty much believe in Karma, evolution etc. As I am into science I find it easier to relate to a high power as nature. People who are Christian usually believe god is everywhere and I kind of believe a similar thing but I just don't call it god or follow religion in general. I believe what goes around comes around in most cases and that it is up to us to treat others and the world with respect regardless of our views.
