I Have 15 badges atm, and my team is
venusaur lvl. 63
Swampert lvl. 62
Quilava lvl. 57
Ampharos lvl. 56
Sudowoodo lvl. 53
Lugia lvl. 50
 
Well I got my female Chikorita to start...

I plan for my team to be somewhat like this:


Chikorita named Midori.

Girafarig named Yuuko. Yuu for short.

Flaffy named Yoko.

Teddiursa named Kumiko, Kumi for short.

Dragonair named Seraphina, Sera for short.

Vulpix named Hime.


<3. Hopefully I can manage it. I believe all are obtainable in Soul Silver, and if not, I shall trade for them<3.
 
I'm in Kanto now and here's the team I developed:

Quillmar: Typhlosion (starter, of course)
Andy: Ho-Oh (I have HeartGold and he's too strong to ignore, plus he's a bird!)
Gygax: Gyarados (the red one from Lake of Rage, of course)
Rattus: Raticate (I like rodents a lot)
Leaf: Arbok (the first prize I ever won from the Game Corner! I love my pet snakes, IRL too much to resist.)
Orville: Pidgeot (cute bird available early on, plus strong with his Return/Aerial Ace/U-Turn/Roost set).

I usually only go with 5 Pokemon for my In-Game teams so that I can get higher levels faster and so I have room for my HM Slave.
