Empoleon, Staraptor, Lopunny, Mismagius, Abomasnow, Rapidash
Though, for my final journey to heatran, I'm planning for:
Empoleon, Staraptor, Lopunny, Mismagius, Sceptile, Typhlosion

In SS:
Meganium (Megan), Shiny Blaziken (Flare), Starmie (Freyr), Togekiss (Seira), Umbreon (Blitz) and a Shiny Gardevoir (Psyche)

SS: Look down below! V (Except for the Carracosta, in there is actually a Lapras. I put Carracosta because he's my favorite B&W water Pokemon)

Since were talking about teams, my HG team fails, so I reset, it was:

Typhlosion
Poliwrath
Togekiss
Ampharos
Pinsir

I can't remember the other one, my problem was I was underleveled, I didn't miss one trainer, I fought every wild Pokemon, so I have a better Idea...

I will use only four Pokemon, that way they'll grow faster.
