Currently at 14 badges out of 16 on Soul Silver and my team looks like this:

even though my team is all around lvl 52-53, I still have 3 pokemon not fully evolved! I can't evolve Rhydon until I get an item that I'll have to have all 16 badges to get, and I can't evolve Haunter until I manage to get someone to trade with me. Dragonair is just around the corner though, and I'll finally have a pokemon in my team that can learn fly. -_-
