3rd Gen When can I breed?

Erm...At the Day Care Center? There are 2 Day Cares: One south of Celadon and another on one of the Sevii Islands.

I think the one on the Sevii Islands is the one that gives you eggs as well...

SIMPLE QUESTIONS.
 
Err... South of Cerulean you mean. That one doesn't allow breeding. Only the Sevii Island one allows you to breed.
