When do we RESET?

It's been a long time now, since I left, I am wondering, when will we reset?
The place is getting messed up anyway, people are getting reputaions they don't deserve, newbies are polluting the roleplays, and more.

Give the Admins one good reason why they should reset the forums. If you're referring to the September '03 incident, that wasn't a reset, the database crashed.

theres usually very little reason to reset PC..

in fact we rarely even prune posts/members..

If we constantly reset or prune the board, we wouldn't be able to build up a monster (perhaps a Pocket Monster) sized archive.. And since some of you use PC to get your questions answered, having this archive provides a valuble service to the overall Pokemon community.

excuse me? The newbies in the RP sections are explainable, as they havn't learned any better, and tend to learn quickly from veteran RPers. Everything is fine as it is.

Since you left? So you come back and want PC restarted?
The only reason why we restarted the old PC was because we had problems with the sever. Threads would be deleted and members deleted and other things. So there will be no reset on this PC unless something comes up where no one can fix it.

And for newbies in the RP forum, that's what the Mods are for. And Rachel should know because she is the RP Mod.

A reset? Bleh. We don't need a reset. Everything is fine, and newbs learn the rules in due time. You can't expect them to come here and no everything.
And everyone who RP's now was a newb at it at one point, just give them time.

lol...come on, don't tell me you were actually GOOD when you first started role-playing. Forums will naturally have newbies 'polluting'...but they all fade away after a while, after they learn from their mistakes and read the rules. Besides, that's what mods are there for~

So a reset would just be a bit out of range, don't ya think? XP

Ya, as everyone's said, PC wouldn't be reset unless there were major database problems, which there arent at present and hopefully wont be again ^^
