When oh when are we getting a Pokemon MMORPG?

    I think it's about time they make it (unless they are waiting for all the gens to be released first). If Nintendo wants to keep making money so bad, how about just unleash that kind of game instead of making the same game every 2 years.
     
    An official one by Nintendo would be good, but I don't think it's the sort of thing they're involved with.
    They've had other dodgy ones made by companies like Zynga, but my computer said it was a virus threat.
     
    coz it wouldnt b that good. mmorpgs work on pcs. it wouldnt run that well on a ds. unless ur thinking of another console.
     
    I do mean on the PC, yes. Using the same combat mechanics as the DS/GBA but in 3D and flashy graphics (sort of like Pokemon Stadium).

    since when did game freak or nintendo make games on the pc? though its a nice idea i dont c game freak doing anything 4 the pc, anytime soon.
     
    Perhaps on the Wii's successor? People have been asking for a Pokemon MMORPG since console RPGs became popular...well as popular as MMOs get at least (lol, nerd joke).

    I for one would love to see one with fully customizable player trainers, with a completely open world where you can explore every region and get every badge one by one. :D
     
    Nah, I don't think ill be good, The buttons would be retarded (especially R and L)
    I would stick to DS or GBA

    Along with the option of becoming a gym leader yourself and having your own badge, that would be perfect.
     
    Im more hoping for a RPG/Adventure on a console like PS3 and Xbox 360... not a Wii... That would honestly be one of the greatest games EVER!!!
     
    I hate PC games and try to stick with the on-the-go systems, such as the GBA, DS line, and the upcoming 3DS.
     
    Nintendo is large enough to produce both a PC MMORPG along with everything else they do (since Game Freak, not Nintendo, would be making the linear handheld series anyway). It's not a matter of "no they shouldn't do it", because they can (provided they begin to employ PC-programmers, I guess), it just depends whether y'all would want to buy it, and I personally would provided my best friend did too and that there was no substantial subscription fee.
     
    I think I'll just stick to the handheld games.
    sure, it sounds like a good idea, but i don't think i'd want to be sitting in front of the computer for +2 hours.. aha.
    just my opinion.
     
    Because releasing two games which are basically identicle earns more money than creating a (more than likely) free MMORPG unless there is a donation feature, a member feature or it's just pay to play. :\ Besides, why make a online Pokemon game when there are several already on the internet? :\
