4th Gen When will level 26 Starly evolve into Staravia?

    I caught a level 26 Starly at the Safari Game. I thought Starlys evolved into Staravia at level 17? When will mine evolve and will he evolve to Staraptor at 34 as he should?
     
    Just level it to 27 and it'll evolve to Staravia and yeah it will still evolve to Staraptor normally.
