When worlds collide!

I woke early the next morning to find I was still laying down in Celest's lap. I felt a bit childish doing sucha thing, but nonethe less it felt incredibly good. I sat up slowly and yawned, the sun not yet breaching the horizon.

Celeste awoke as the warmth in her lap evaporated. She looked around to see only darkness, and a faint pinkish orange tinge in the east.

"Feeling alright Donnavon?" she asked softly, so as not to wake the sleeping ball that was Moonlight.

"I feel much better, thanks to you." I complemented her as I contineud to stretch. "Do you think we should head for mt. Chimney today, or should we take a break period? I don't think we really have any other bad guys for him to call back unless he goes to He(( to get Zagaan back." I said.

"I know. We probably should..."

Celeste shuddered visibly.

"Are you sure you're up to it?"

"come on. we had better catch up to the others." I said to Nido, teleporting away. Wherever i had ended up, i wasn't certain, but I morphed into my black Flygon form, and noticing I was high in the air, started scanning the ground for Donnovan and Moonlight.

OOC: that would roughtly translate into I have no idea where you guys are..

Celeste nodded. "A break would be nice, and I think Eclipse and Nido would appreciate it..." she said, smiling as she looked up to where she saw a flygon.

She turned her gaze back to Donnavon. "What did you have in mind?"

Shineyelectrode said:
I teleported after Eclipse, and fell several feet before I realized we had teleported to a location in the air, and levitated back up to Eclipse, expecting her to burst out laughing.
<that's it, you are officially beyond help. you've got to be ready for when I pick an arial teleport> I said to him. I knew Celeste at least had seen me, abielt she might not have recognised me. What do you know, pure randomness had helped me here.

Celeste smiled. He was right. "Why don't we go see a movie?" she suggested. It had certainly been a long time since the angel had seen civilization.

I knew better than to follow. I gradually tilted my body, letting gravity claim my body, generating the neccecary air around my wings to fly without wasting extra effort. I allowed my speed to build, before finally i had enough air around my wings to get total control, and I pulled up right before hitting the ground, moving at high speed right above the ground.

Celeste giggled. "Maybe it would be best to get her up and running 1st."

She leaned over Moonlight. "Come come now, sleepy head. Let's get moving. There's a bright and shiney day awaiting!" she called in a sing-songy voice.

"That that shiney day again." she moaned. " I thought we left that shiney day back at the temple." I chuckled at her dry sense of humor.

"you need to get up, or we'll leave you here." I teased.

"Alright, I'm up." She grumbled as she struggled to her feet. "You two are slave drivers." She said sarcastically.

I had returned to the desert, and was on the hunt. Anything i found, short of other Flygons, were judged as edible. At my high speed, nothing could really sence me coming. thankfully for the ecology, Flygon were always on the move. Once they got thier fill at one area, they'd move on. But for now, this was where I was hunting. A trapinch, in a pit, was quickly snapped up, torn apart, and eaten. A cacnea, after forcefully rid of it's spines, sufferered the same fate.

Celeste grinned. "Better a slave driver than an annoying angel, right?" she jested, whistling to Hope.

"Shall we ride, or are we all planning on the flight route today?"

"Let's ride." I said. " don't really know why, but it seems better that way."

"Wll what am I supposed to do, walk?" Moonlight said. "you can run in youre wolf form. you know that doesn't tire you one bit." I said.

"Fine, I'll run then." she grumbled.

Celeste smiled, hopping onto Hope and helping Donnavon on behind her.

"No need to be grumpy!" Celeste called to Moonlight.
