Once we were inside the cave, I noticed Eclipse shivering, so I went up to her, and asked "Are you okay?"
 
"it's the lightning" I said, all trases of anger at him gone, supressed by fear... I'd probably get upset again later, but for now, I was too frightened to do anything..
 
I was soaked when i got in teh cave and Moonlight was too. She shook like a dog, splattering water all over me. I was starting to feel really cold. the only way to dry my clothes out properly would be to hang them over a fire, but I couldn't just go around naked during that time. I could only hope I wouldn't catch pneumonia. I made my magic fire apear and sat close to it, trying to get warm.
 
I wasn't really conserned about the tempature level, but I didn't have any energy, besides the energy nessecary to keep me from going into a coma. I'd recover, but it'd be slow until I got some blood into my system.. I couldn't even remember the last time I had fed... I got out a CD player from my backpack, that was still dry thank goodness, and I sat away from the others, slipping on the headphones and adjusting the volume.
 
I walked over to eclipse, and finished a sound dampening spell around the cave, almost completely undoing the noise of the thunder and lightning.

I Sat down next to Eclipse, and when she took off her headphones, I asked "That better?"
 
I scooted back against the wall, thought sitting up straight against it, as this form had flawless posture. I sighed absenntly, wondering how long it was going to take me to finish my objective, not really noticing my hand on Eclipse's.
 
I blushed when i noticed his hand on mine, though I didn't want to bring his attention to it. after all, the only time he ever touched me was when I was mostly dead or unconcous..
 
I was thinking about my goal, and decided to cast a quick spell to get a count, when I noticed that my left hand was on hers. I flushed slightly, but then turned my mind to casting a spell with my left hand, and found that I was much closer to my goal than I had thought! "Just a few more." I thought to myself silently.
 
I was curious, but I couldn't use my energy to examine the spell, unless I wanted to go comatose... I stayed silent, deciding he'd tell me eventually...
 
I finished memorizing what the spell said, and then deactivating it before the mage would realize what I was doing. I turned to Eclipse and said "In my old world, there are rumors that being god isn't as unnobtainable as most say it is..." I trailed off, wondering how to phrase what I was going to say next.

"Really, wo doesn't?" I asked. "It's said that god had the souls of a billion men..." I began, then turned my head to face Eclipse "I'm not too far from topping that number myself."

It's not just the immortality, living forever." I said "I already have had what most beings would consider a psuedo-imortality, though I'm truly not immortal. Whaat defines a god? Not just the immortality, but the power." I finished.
 
"Maybe so, but look at the scale of things, I could be a god!" I whispered back, glad that my spell was cloaking out conversation. "I'm not going to give up the dream, especially not when it's so close."
 
"I will have it, but I'm not going to centest with the current god for dominion, ruling was never my thing. I'm thinking I'll just spend eternity living a life of fun, isn't that what you want? What else matters, if you're happy?" I asked, deep in thought.
