When worlds collide!

"uh-hu.' Moonlight, said not really believeing her. "well, let's get this training thing started before I fall asleep again." she stumbled to her feet. 'But first, breakfast!"

I sighed. i had no idea my half sister wasn't a morning person. I waved my hand and my gear box appeared. I opened it and began to distribute the food.

ooc; I just thought of something. Should we have our characters worry with hygene? I meanwe jsut spent the night in a dirty old temple. :\
 
OOC: I don't think it really matters....

BIC: Celeste shifted uncomfortably again, looking herself over. She dug through her bag and extracted a handful of Pecha berries.

Celeste and company munched quietly on them, and Celeste took a drink from a shimmering flask in her bag. It was magicked to keep the milk inside fresh and always full.

She allowed each of her Pokemon to drink as well.
 
"hm. bread and berries. No chicken or turkey, dear brother?" Moonlight asked.

" No. This box regenerates the meal inside it. Matter doesn't just appear, it comes from somewhere. I don't liek the idea of killing a chicken every time I open this box, especially since i may not even eat it that time, and since all chickens are domestic, meaning I would be stealing someone's chicken in a sense."

"YOu mean your not going to give me any meat?"

'Right."

"But I'm a werewolf! I'm a carnivore! i need meat!"

"well I'm sorry." I apologized. "But we ahve none. So you'll just have to deal with a diet of berries and bread." i said.

"Hmph. The things I do for family..." She grumbled as she popped a berry into her mouth.
 
Celeste smiled to herself. She knew it would be hard for Moonlight to mot have any meat, but the situation was slightly amusing.

She rose from the ground, dusting herself off. "Should we start then?" she asked quietly.
 
"Sure." I said, standing up.

"Yeah, I'm game." Moonlight agreed, standing up again.

" I was thinking that Moonlight and I would turn into our demon forms and fly over the forest. If we manage to have a calm flight without any trouble, then we're getting better control. I mean, if you think that's a good idea." I said turning to Celest, remembering how uncomfortable she was around demons.
 
Celeste smiled. "I'll be there in case things get out of hand," she said quietly. "If you two show signs of destruction, I'll encase you. I think I may finally have the strength to keep a demon in a shield," she mused, more to herself than anyone.

She rose, her white wings fluttering. "Shall we then?" she asked, a smile masking the uneasiness she felt about Donnavon turning into his demon.
 
I felt concerned about overwhelming Celest, so made a change in the plan. ' why don't we do it this way. Moonlight, you do it first. I'll stay human for now and use my magic to fly and keep track of your progress. Then after your session I'll go, and you'll follow in your werewolf form nearby. That way Celest wil only have one demon to worry aobut at a time."

"Whatever works." Moonlight said. "Let's go." And with that said, we began towards the door of the temple.
 
Celeste rose into the air, facing Moonlight above the trees. She smiled and said "Alright then, let's do this."

She prepared herself to be struck by energy blasts by putting up a transparent shield around herself. Her hands glowed white as she prepared to launch some weak attacks of her own.
 
"Alright, here goes." Moonlight closed her eyes and concentrated. She begna to grow a pair of black wings and she developed a balck aura. When done , she took tothe sy, and I used my magic to quickly follow her. she seemed to be fairly control right now, no violent motions or tendencies visible yet. But the test was just beginning.
 
Seeing Moonlight was under control, Celeste threw a light ball at the demon. It was weak, but the angel wanted to see what kind of reaction she would get.
 
Moonlight shrugged off the blast. Besides a rude motion of the hand in Celest's directoin though, Moonlight appeared to be in control. She noticed a deer below and began to descend. "Oh no, she losing it. Moonlight stop!"

"What?" she said turning towards me. ' I'm hungry! I didn't get anything but berries this morning!" I grinned sheepishly. "I tell you what, if you pass the test with no problems, I let you go out and hunt. "

"Okay!" she said, moving back on course.
 
I finally woke up, even though it was near noon. I didn't even remember faling asleep, but I guess I must have been extremly tired. I got ready to jump down, but I remembered that there were probably raptors around. so instead of jumping, I carefuly climbed down. but about 13 feet off the ground, the branch my weight was balenced on suddnely snapped, sendign me to managing to grab a branch only 10 feet above the ground. Instantly, a pair of carniverous Utahraptor, a 20 foot long raptor that was 6.5 feet tall, appeared out of the nearby bushes, a male and female, and started jumping, tryign to grab me and tear me off the branch. one got my sleeve, but it tore, and I managed to get on the branch, where I was considerably safe from the raptors. wath I saw next was astonishing, and ment nothing but doom. a third raptor, not as large as the other two, ran up next to the tree, and to my utter shock, placed it's foot and hand claws into the trunk and started climbing the tree... "They set a trap.. they actually set a trap.." I said, shocked. The smaller one didn't have far to climb, and he could knock me off the branch to the grown adults below..
 
Celeste smirked at the gesture, calling out to the demon. "Okay, you survived my blast, now hit me with one of your own!" she called, taunting Moonlight.

She strengthened the shield, not sure how Moonlight would react to taunting.
 
Moonlight was really tempted, but she knew if she did,she would fail the test. "Gotta get meat, gotta get meat..." she chanted to herself.

"well we know one thing that'll get her through the training!" I laughed. Moonlight turned to me and growled, and I figured it best to be quiet. She was having a hard enoguh time, she certianly didn't need me laughing at her.
 
"Come on!" Celeste continued her taunt. She gulped before adding, "Scared you'll lose?"

She watched with bated breath, her hands still glowing and the shield still held firmly in place.
 
Moonlight glared at Celest before flying to within a few inches of her.
"listen. I udnerstand your trying to help. And I really appreciate it.But right now I'm trying to avoid killing whatever is on the ground, and I can't divide my attention to up here. So if you'll excuse me, I've got meat to earn." She growled and returned to the path. I flew up by Celest.

"ooh , that was a close one."I teased her gently, smiling.
 
Celeste didn't return his smile. She pondered things to herself quietly. She then snapped back to reality.

"Sorry," she apologized. "It's just that, she reminded me of the demon that killed me when she spoke like that," she said quietly, her dress fluttering around her as she had taken down her shield.

"I should apoligize to her. I never meant to make her angry," she said, a bit louder this time.
 
"Don't worry about her. She's using her Werewolf instincts to help override the demon ones. The lesser of two evils, so to speak. she'll be find, she's just frustrated with the conflictbeing a cross breed demon causes. That is the whole point of this training." I assured Celest. " Just one more turn back towards the temple and then we'll be done."
 
"You mean she'll be done. You've still got to have a go," Celeste reminded him gently.
 
"yeah." I said solemnly. The temple was coming into sight now. It wouldn't be long till Moonlight's test was done.

ooc: i got to log off now, but i'm going to try to get on as soon as possible when I wake up, so please try to get on as soon as you can so we can continue this part of the story. (cause frankly I can't do it without you. ;) )
