When you though you were gonna die?

When I was going through some serious depression a few years back I really thought I was going to die

thought I was done for when I got in a car wreck like 6 months ago. Wasn't my fault, but nothing I could do to slow down enough to miss a car that ran a stop sign out of no where. we were both at least going 60 mph. I remember briefly accepting my death moments before impact.

A few years ago, I woke up around 3 AM on Thanksgiving with stomach pain so bad I couldn't get back to sleep. And I just stayed in my bed thinking, "this is it, I'm dead" because I thought it was my appendix. So I went downstairs and got my mom and she took me to the ER. It was kidney stones, but holy shit I really thought I was going to die.

When I had my breast reduction surgery years back and the medicine fucked with my heart. I was really scared but it went back to normal over night.

I had an allergic reaction to anti-nausea meds that nearly caused me to choke to death on my own tongue basically.

When i had to get brain surgery to take out my brain tumor considering death was a possible outcome. Obviously i lived though so yay. :3

I've had my share of close calls - hmm two years ago I was involved in a traffic collision with a car while I was riding my bike. I got off relatively unscathed but I screamed moments before the impact.

This past weekend actually, lol.

I went to the hospital because I puked blood and passed out twice. Was afraid it was an ulcer or something but it turned out to be just a mallory weiss tear that healed on its own. I'm fine now, but puking partially digested blood was pretty metal gross.
