Where can i find a decent free host??

    I'm using freewebs at the moment and they are crap you can't use ftp and it only lets you upload 1 file at a time. Well they won't even let me upload anything anymore thats why my site is so out of date. If anyone can tell me the link to a free host that lets you use ftp and has at least 10mb of space that would be awesome thanks.

    The Darkening, if you had read like any of the threads in this section you will find your answer. Most if not all of the threads in some way have a free host that you can have. So please read the threads before making this one.

    Freewebs isn't crap if you know how to use it...I made my site there yesterday, and it just keeps looking better and better. ^_^
     
    No, i'm sorry.. Freewebs is crap. There ok for a free host and if you aren't going to have many visitors. But in fact.. they don't hold enough BW, DB's and they don't support PHP or mySQL. So basically they don't do much lol... '_'
     
    lycos, freewebs, tripod ans maxpages all suck. your right theyre junk
    geocities it OKAY. not good but ok... i would suggest https://www.3x.ro cuz u get a mysql database and unlimited bandwidth and 100 meg +full ftp support. go run there. now

    hey simone don't be so **** rude, i looked throught the other threads and they were all dead links, sorry for not trying the 404 pages geez. Freewebs is crap and so are all the others just like imakuni said.

    ok well sorry if that upset you simone but I did read the rules and i'm not an idiot i made this thread because i didn't find any other working links on this forum (well not ones that were decent enough anyway)

    I didn't say you were an idiot, and i'm not doubting that you read the rules. I'm saying you could of tried a little harder to find them.

    Good idea Jedi_Amara. We needed to kill flaming. Its pointless. Well i see he got 3x.ro hosting. Thats the 2nd best free hosting *beside hostultra* but you get a mysql db and other features there.
     
    Hm, 3x.ro is a host I might try myself. Actually, I think I applied once but they never got back to me o_O. HostUltra would be better without the popups; that's why I don't use it.
     
    I will give you hosting IF your site becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the KyleTech group - but you will be allowed to run it any way that does not conflict with other network sites.
