If you'd like to discuss ideas for games you hope Nintendo will make one day, Pokemon Gaming Central is your place. If you're rather looking into making your own hack or game, Fan Games is the area you'll want to look closer at. But if this has rather got to do with discussing what's fanon for fanfiction, you could post a thread in the Writer's Lounge under Fanfiction & Writing.
