Well, if oy ulive in the UK, if you go to the Summer Day Camp at one of the Toys R Us's they're holding a special event where you can download a Mew in Ruby/Sapphire/LeafGreen/FireRed. Then you get to PalPark in Diamond/Pearl - transfer it over!

He is in Diamond but the fact is that you need a ranger game to unlock him.

the fossil of cranidos only you can find in pokemon diamond and shieldon only in pearl, that is why I have 7 cranidos and the another fossils for example: omanyte, kabuto, anorith, lileep, aerodactyl. You can find in the underground after you obtain the national dex.

you can only obtain in pokemon diamond

which fossil is lileep? can u get it in diamond?

EDIT: Im guessing its this root fossil which ive just made into an lileep!

lol Well, to clear up the other part of your question, all of the other fossils, besides Skull (Cranidos) and Armor (Shieldon), are available in both Diamond and Pearl, after the National Pokédex is received.

But the rarity of those other fossils is determined by which version you have. For instance, the Root Fossil is more common in Pearl than it is in Diamond, but both versions can indeed get it.

Thaaat's why I already have Anorith and can't find Lileep. -.-

^^; Yea, likewise, the Claw Fossil used to get Anorith is more common in Diamond than it is in Pearl. So those with Pearl would get their Lileep easier, but those with Diamond would get their Anorith easier.

Trainer with Kecleon?

Does anyone know where to find a trainer with a Kecleon to fight in Pearl?
I want the easy way out of finding HP types :D

The easy way is to use Serebii's IV calculator, which also measures Hidden Powers.

Yeah I do use that, but unless I rare candy up to a high enough level its not always that accurate. So I just figure vs'ing a Kecleon would be easier and quicker.

Also Ichida, just in case you haven't seen it, I've found that 'metalkid.info/Pokemon/OnlineProgram/Calculators/IV.aspx'
is more accurate than the Serebii one for lower levels as it uses more data.

But either beat doing it by hand, lol, damn Mathceiling :D

Do any trainers happen to have the following? I'm wondering because I want to get them off the GTS if I can. (obviously I lack the versions you can get them in.)
Gligar
Sableye
Lunatone
Pineco
Shuckle

Sorry, I believe since those are all GBA-inserts, there are no trainers who have them on their teams anywhere, pre- or post-game. If only Battle Park opponents' Pokémon registered in your Pokédex. -_-

How do I get the remaining legendaries?

I am aware i have to trade with diamond to get Dialga, ( I have Pearl) but how do I get Arceus, Darkrai and Shaymin? And how do I get the plate thingy off that bloke in the hard mountain so I can get Heatran?

Arceus has no legit method of catching or receiving it, so any Arceus you see at this point is hacked, or found by hacking. Shaymin is also unavailable through most methods, and the only way to get a legit one (by PC standards) is through an E4 Door Glitch in Japanese games. So any English Shaymin you see are hacked. Darkrai is the same as Shaymin, but there is also an Event Darkrai that was given at the 10th Pokémon Movie. This Darkrai is special, with unique moves and a special ribbon.

And Heatran...uhh...actually, I haven't caught my Heatran yet. 300+ hours and I haven't gone to Stark Mountain. -_- So I can't say, sorry. XD I'll have to go do that today.

After you see the guy in Stark Mountain, you have to go to his house in the Survival Area (next to pokecenter). After you talk to him, go back to the room you saw the plate and Hetran will be there.

Oh yea, you're right about that. I haven't actually been down that Route yet. At any rate, I did a quick search and none of those 5 are used by trainers...(I'm gonna PM you in a second, so look for that.) >.>
