Well, if you wan't to make a real homepage and your own layout then you have to do it on notepad using html code, but if you want just a basic site then www.geocities.com or www.freewebs.com are pretty good sites that are for little listes. :)

As a web-master I would say 100 megs is good for you. I only use about 100 megs, not counting the media. And my site gets about 3000 hits a day.

The best way to find a host is to search on a special directory. My favourite is https://www.clickherefree.com/
