Question: Where Should I Put My Project Thread On?

First of all, I'm kinda confused. Here's the deal, my friend and I just started a TCG project and are looking for help (what program to use, what names, ideas for cards, etc.). So, now, I want to make a thread for it, but where should I post it on so I won't get infracted or something?

Hang on. Are you saying you want to make your own TCG? By program, do you mean it will be a video game, or do you just want to design cards? Until I've established exactly what you're doing, it's hard to help.

Sounds like he's talking about a program to help him make the cards itself.. And I believe the proper forum would be the "Other Cards" forum..

Yes, I am going to make a card game by real cards. But the problem is, where should I put the thread on? I don't wanna get infracted dude. :P :D :(
