Definitely Hoenn. Hoenn is a tropical region, with sprawling seas and a warm climate. Also, there is much to do in Hoenn, whether it be visiting the Safari Zone, looking for shells in the Shoal Cave, taking on the Hoenn gyms, or fighting in the Battle Frontier. Lastly, Hoenn has many interesting Pokemon.
 
Driftveil in Unova.

Next to a forest, and Cold Storage [what? free ice cream pokemon!] And a possible job like, right there if/when i get kicked of parents house :L And deer! whitetail deer like where i am now~ and a mountain to ski on, and water and and a gym surrounded by ice and water and grass types [whats with that? they trying to make it easy for you?]
