Where's the right place for a thread I want to make?

    Hi, I'm making a Pokemon Emerald Romhack, and I'm offering cameo roles to my fans. Their pokemon team, name, etc will be used as minor trainers on random routes. Where do I put a thread advertising this and telling them where to post their character/team sheets?

    I received a Mew-Gift-Code, but i'm from Europe, and can't activate it. I need a friend from USA, with a USA account to redeem it to me, and then trade it with me. Where can i find one? Where to put this issue?
