I would hug either Emma Watson or Donald Faison. Emma because shes really nice and cute and Donald because i can imagine him being a very warm hug.

And probably Thomas Jane because that man is gorgeous.

Although I'm not a Taylor Swift fan, one of my close friends is a huge fan of her and even managed to give her a hug. That was the best moment of her life. :D
