    Has anyone ordered the Hori Pokkén Tournament Pro Pad Limited Edition Controller?

    It's designed by the same designers of the arcade controllers and is tournament legal.

    I'm very tempted but think I'll wait to see how I get on using the GamePad, or the Wii U Pro controller if it's compatible.

    The downsides to the Pokkén controller are that it is wired and in local battles player one must always use the GamePad.

    It can also only be used with Pokkén, but I'd still like it as it looks so cool!

    I'm not super into fighting games (or Pokkén), so I wouldn't want to pay for a controller that only works with one game. And I doubt I'll find the game less fun if I play it with any normal Wii U controller!
     
    ya I agree with Christos I'm not hardcore enough to buy a controller for one single game. I thought maybe people could use the Smash Bros controller with Pokken which would make that purchase a little more worthwhile but still I'd be using the regular Wii U pad.
     
    I'm such a sucker for limited edition stuff it's gonna nag away in my brain until I get one! Then my brain will be full with why the heck did you waste money on that thoughts!

    Thinking about it though there's a good chance that I'll spend more time playing on the GamePad rather than the TV so should get used to using it and won't want to change.
     
    Apart from the first time I played the game I haven't even turned the TV on so I'm definitely happy with sticking to the good ol' GamePad now! Finally got the controls to my liking too!
