2nd Gen Which Legendary is best? Gen 2 trio

I can't decide this 3 Legendary Beasts I like them all but in the end I choose Raikou over Entei and Suicune.

Suicune for sure! Entei and Raikou are great too, but Suicune stand out the most for me!
