Skuntank. It has an awesome combination of types, and it can learn Flamethrower.

Skuntank. Not only because he's a good poison type, but he has cool hair/tail.

I like Purugly better. Its not about Types or stats or anything like that. It reminds me of my cat who passed away recently =/ So thats why I like it. So its a personal thing, really. ...-Sigh-...
