Which one is better , female or male Pokémon?

if i get a pokemon that has good ivs and nature and is female, ill change to to male with pokesav :P

To me, it really doesn't matter. Male or Female, they're all the same. They might look elegant as a female or masculine as a male in the Anime, but in the games, I could really care less which gender I get for a Pokémon. I mean, does it really matter so much? But, certain Pokémon I'll choose between gender most of the time, because of the new Male/Female differences. For example: I like the female Pikachu more than the male.

Well, the majority of my Pokemon are going to be male, but there are numerous ones that I'm reserving as females. For instance, female Chikorita in HGSS! I am not taking a male Chikorita, since that just looks too weird. Or freaky weird, as Lucas would say. Pokemon with proper genders that match their sprite(s) FTW! :)

On another note, it does seem kind of cool when a Pokemon's gender can't be defined merely by sprite. Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Mew are some examples, in my case (though Pokemon 2000 technically made Lugia a male).

I am more likely to train a male, but I have some female Pokemon that I am a bit attached to that I don't want to give up. So I will go for both if they're good enough.

I prefer female. I wish there was gender-differences in stats, though. Such as males have higher attack while females have higher speed.

Most of the time I don't care... Just for vulpix, it should be female, also Kirlia, and many more...

I don't really mind in general but..... a male Milotic or female Gyarados is a bit weird.

Well for me in the games females are harder to catch than male pokemon. To me it seems weird that Delcatty can be a male pokemon o.o should skitty get an alternative evolution like kirlia?

Most of the Pokémon are male (due to the 87,5% male ones), so I prefer them to avoid infatuation.
