Which Pokemon would be the most fun to ride

I'd get Drifblim to hold a basket and gently float around maybe 20-30 feet up since I low-key have a fear of heights.

but why ride a hot air balloon in the first place if you have a fear of heights. :c

... then again, I also have a fear of heights and I wouldn't mind riding on Pokemon like Latios/Latias.

Having a basket would help so I'm not looking down, and the gentle floating motions and breeze would be relaxing. I'd be able to sit down and breathe versus holding on for dear life with my legs spread open. Even if I hate it, it's the most direct and fastest way to travel.
