Which Pokemon would you like to see Ash and his friends own that they haven't owned?

    If you were making the anime, I want you to think which Pokemon would have suited the main characters and also the Pokemon of every generation you think they should own. Team Rocket and Rivals are allowed as well as Ash and his friends. Pokemon from all generations are allowed (Gen I through to Gen V)

    Ash with legendaries? I don't think that'll ever happen. But he has made friends with a lot of legendary Pokemon, though (especially Ho-Oh, the first legendary he saw and maybe also Azelf.)

    FYI: Misty already owns Staryu, Starmie, Goldeen, Psyduck, Gyarados, Corsola and Politoed. And she already released Togetic.

    Brock already has Steelix, Crobat, Forretress, Ludicolo, Sudowoodo and Croagunk. No Golem but he has a Geodude, no Swampert but he has Marshtomp, no Blissey but he has Chansey.

    I'm pretty sure he was pointing out Pokémon he already has in their assorted generations, pointing out he needs to evolve some and added some he hasn't gotten.

    Those might be good Pokemon for him (Riolu is sort of a good match because Ash can learn Aura) and he has already temporarily owned a Larvitar.

    Now that I think about it Brock is more Rhyhorn family. Some of the reasoning was because either they rival had it or didn't seem to fit the character. Like I would love to see Litwick with Ash but Trip has it. (I will try and add the other companions later)

    If I may I would like to add another question to this topic that is similar to the original one.

    What pokemon from Ash or companions would you have like to see evolve?

    Tepig for sure. I want his Tepig to evolve or at least on of his Unova starte pokes.

    Gen 2: Politoed, Kingdra
    Gen 3: Surskit/Masquerain (I know it's partial Bug-type, and Misty hates bugs, but hey, character growth), Luvdisc
    Gen 4: None, really. There are so few good Water types in Gen 4. Maybe Glaceon?
    Gen 5: Oshawott, Alomomola

    first off, I'd probably have the other character's fully evolved their pokemon. I find it weird how dawn's had her piplup since twinleaf town and it hadn't even evolved into prinplup, let alone empoleon. o.o
